HR is doing a great job of getting everything in shape. When you work here, you are helping people change their lives or helping them settle their lives. The attorneys here are here to help and profoundly care about their clients. Even thought there is different departments here, I don't feel like I don't belong. The company is doing a great job on caring about their employees, most employees have basics health benefits included with many other benefits. The CEO & CFO are doing a great job of managing a company that is growing immensely every day.ConsThe only con for me is the hours of work but everything else makes up for it. There is no other con for me.
