Pros: Even as a younger attorney you will get extensive experience in the courtroom and taking depositions, as well as trial experience.
Cons: You are expected to be in the office full-time, and there is no remote work. The standards and expectations of employees are very high. Also, there is a high billable hours requirement.

Cons: No training, partner is verbally abusive with employees, lack of communication between partners and associates
