Pros: 5.0 Current Employee, more than 10 yearsGreat Work, Interesting Clients, Caring ColleaguesAttorney in New York, NY ProsStrong practice groups with great information sharing and continuous training opportunities. A lot of firms pigeon hole attorneys early - whereas RPL strongly encourages individual development and long term satisfaction. The firm supports this financially and otherwise, and demonstrates an appreciation for work/life balance more than any firm I know. Pro bono, non profit, and community involvement and leadership is very seriously encouraged and supported. Interesting clients and dynamic work. A great place to learn and grow personally and professionally.ConsWork can be stressful but that comes with the territory in which the firm practices.The firm has been flexible concerning WFH and work location but it's best when everyone is together.
