Pros: 5.0 Former EmployeeDemanding but fair workplaceAttorney Pros- Great resources for attorneys, rivals resources are much larger firms.- Variety of clients and working with individuals with a high level of understanding of California's employment laws.- Great opportunity to work on advanced employment law issues.Cons- Work can be demanding and challenging, but this kept it interesting as well.- Support staff I dealt with could have assisted attorneys more.
