aron.

The Vergara Miller Law Firm has a great reputation among attorneys and other employees for its commitment to learning and professional growth. Many who have worked there report that they were able to learn a lot about immigration law, as well as hone their English skills. The firm also offers paid holidays, a good work environment, and a one-hour lunch so that employees can take time for themselves. In addition, there is the option of working from home, which allows for flexibility if needed.

The Vergara Miller Law Firm also provides a great opportunity for employees to build relationships with US laws, which can be invaluable in a legal career. Furthermore, the firm provides great support for its employees, helping them to achieve their career goals.

Unfortunately, the firm has some drawbacks. Healthcare benefits could be improved, and some employees report that they were not familiar with their colleagues. Additionally, working conditions could be better.

Overall, the Vergara Miller Law Firm offers a great opportunity for attorneys and other employees to further their careers and gain valuable experience. The firm offers a great learning environment, as well as support for employees in their professional growth. Although there are some drawbacks, such as healthcare benefits and working conditions, the firm is still a great place to work.

Advice to law firm management: Do a completer overhaul of your process or close your office.

Pros: the salary at the time was good

Cons: unrealistic work flow, they have a significant (and SCARY) backlog of cases, the firm is highly unorganized partly because of the unrealistic work flow process and partly because of the high turn over rate. Cases go MONTHS untouched--especially work permit renewals sometimes the permit was submitted WEEKS before expiration even though the client had already paid the full amount. The sales team does not vet the cases appropriately--at times cases are started even when there is NO MERIT, but then the legal team is held accountable instead of the sales team that makes a commission off the cases started. I would just steer clear of this place.

Partners to Avoid and Why: The owner--Denisse Miller--she has an unrealistic work flow expectation, she is condescending, and quite frankly rude.
