Everyone works together to achieve a common goal, no matter what level or position someone is in. HR has a wonderful training system built in to assist with onboarding and IT support is readily available. There is a system in place for everything you can think of and it works. They truly want the employees to be happy and provide a workplace and workspace that is conducive to that. They also strive to give back to the community which in turn promotes a positive moral. Bagels on Friday, monthly birthday celebrations, great benefits and many more pros!ConsI haven't encountered any as yet
