Brown & Streza is a well-established law firm that has been in business for over 70 years. The firm prides itself on providing employees with a friendly and accommodating atmosphere, with many opportunities for growth, and a strong culture of morale. Staff are provided with weekly lunches, bi-monthly massages, and other perks, as well as bonuses and profit sharing if they have a good work ethic. There are also options for employees to further their education while working at the firm.

However, while the firm is family oriented and provides a great work environment, there are some drawbacks. Employees have raised issues with the paper filing system, and the use of older technology systems that require manual labor. There are also problems with micromanagement, lack of communication, and the fact that only those that are favored by management are eligible for promotion. December is also a very busy month, and the workload can be demanding.

Overall, Brown & Streza is a great place to work, with many benefits and opportunities for growth. It is a well-established law firm that is accommodating and supportive of its employees, and provides a great atmosphere for learning and development. However, there are some drawbacks that should be taken into consideration before taking a job at the firm.
