See reviews for The Law Office of Rosina C. Stambaugh from attorneys and other legal professionals below.
Cons: The daily bullying and intimidation created a fear-based culture where even opening emails or logging in filled me with dread. In my experience, Rosina set and reinforced that tone. Her messages often felt punitive rather than developmental, and public reprimands left people, myself included, second-guessing our basic competence. There is no independent HR and no safe channel to report harassment, so concerns went nowhere and retaliation felt likely. Management communication eroded confidence, exploitation of workers seemed tolerated, and there was little accountability or support when concerns were raised. Overall, the environment was corrosive and misaligned with basic values of dignity and growth, and the long-term damage far outweighed any short-term benefits.
Partners to Avoid and Why: Rosina
Current or former employee?: Former Employee
Last Year at Employer: 2025
Job type: Contract
Advice to law firm management: She is aware of her behavior yet she does not care to change it
Pros: she is a good attorney
Cons: she only cares about the money, rude, micromanaging, humiliates you. People last there less than one year. HR is fake -all she does is complain about the attorney and then go back to her with switched information - firm is an absolute joke. Lets not forget the emotional manipulation from them both.

Advice to law firm management: The attorney is already aware of their attitude problem; instead of taking the criticism they instead put the blame on others.
Pros: The attorney is really knowledgeable about immigration matters and takes their role seriously.
Cons: The attorney is disrespectful towards employees and contract workers; hence why most of their employees do not even last a year at the firm.
The attorney has a habit of shaming their employees in front of other employees for small matters.
Current or former employee?: Former Employee
Last Year at Employer: 2023
