Established in 1984, Michael Huey built on his family background in shipping and his work as a longshoreman to focus his legal practice on the complex area of Maritime and Admiralty Law. After many requests for help from government contractors injured overseas, he broadened the mission of the firm to include the Defense Base Act.

With over 60 years of combined experience in Admiralty and Federal Workers' Compensation Law, Huey Law Firm has seen just about every fact pattern there is making us more effective in representing claimants. Because we have tried so many cases following them from the initial claim through trial and appellate work, we are extremely efficient and mount the most compelling case for our clients.
