Pros: 5.0 Former EmployeeGreat Company to Work For!Docketing Assistant ProsGreat office culture, friendly co-workers, well-stocked kitchen, company parties, and flexible during health emergencies or family tragedies. IT help whenever needed and H.R. responsive.ConsFor my position, I had to keep the same hours each day (8am-5pm, virtually no exceptions). Flexibility with hours would have been nice, but understandable given the position I guess. Supervisor was very stressed, all of the time, which led to some spill over effects.
