CP Law Group is a law firm located in various locations throughout the United States. Based on reviews from attorneys and other workers, the firm has received mixed reviews.

On the positive side, CP Law Group is known to have decent pay, with employees not being micromanaged. It is also noted that the location of the offices is accessible and employees are given the option to work from home. Additionally, the staff at CP Law Group is generally friendly, with some bad apples sprinkled in. Finally, the firm is known to pay employees the salary they ask for, with the office being quiet.

On the other hand, some reviews have noted that CP Law Group can be unprofessional, dishonest, and has no integrity. The work environment is reported to be unfriendly and not team-oriented. Management is also seen as inconsiderate of employees’ needs and time, with low pay and bad customer service being reported. Additionally, the firm is known to use mills and runners to build its client base, resulting in low value cases. Bonuses are reportedly miniscule and the office is known to be disorganized and poorly run, with a high turnover rate.

Overall, CP Law Group appears to be a firm that is a mixed bag. It offers decent pay and the option to work from home, but there are reports of unprofessional behavior, low pay, and a disorganized work environment. Ultimately, whether or not the firm is a good fit for a particular employee will depend on the individual’s needs and expectations.

Pros: 5.0Great Law Firm to Work AtLitigation Paralegal (Current Employee) - Atlanta, GA - September 23, 2022The CP Law Group is a wonderful law firm. The employees are nice to one another, they provide a healthy work environment, fun activities, and the managing partner is always communicative and nice. This is a firm where we all believe in team work and everyone, regardless of their role, extends a helping hand. In addition, the HR department has been the best that I've dealt with thus far and they always help and have a good attitude if you need anything. Lastly, I love the schedule flexibility and remote options. If you're looking for a great firm long term look no further!
