Honest to God, Marc J. Bern & Partners happens to be the best Law Firm I have worked in. I am speaking about the New York City office. The Manager is very sweet, and you can talk to her about any problems or concerns you may have. This is a good place to start at an Entry Level for both for Attorneys and for Paralegals and Legal Assistants. Everyone here is a team player and are willing to help and train . Everybody here is friendly and gets along with each other. The environment is very lay back even though there is always a lot of work to do. No micromanagement here. But everyone works very hard.ConsUnfortunately, the company does not match your 401 k at this firm, and some of the premiums for medical coverage are a bit high. But medical coverage is for free when you start your 3rd year at this firm. You still must pay co-payments.Advice to ManagementKeep up the good work.
