Based on reviews from attorneys and others who have worked at the firm, Locke Lord offers an overall fun environment with lots of employee activities and perks, and a business casual atmosphere. Additionally, Locke Lord provides good pay, vacation, and benefits, and adequate remote technology training. However, there is a looming anxiety of termination, as well as poor management of cases, unfair review systems, and inadequate position training. Employees have also cited long hours, no room for advancement, and micromanagement of employees. Furthermore, reviews have described the management as having bad attitudes and loving power, as well as marketing getting too much credit. Despite the negative reviews, some employees have nothing but positive things to say about their experience at Locke Lord.
