The firm is known to be friendly and helpful, with a clear effort to meet any needs or accommodations for employees. There is also a high volume of cases, which can seem overwhelming at first, but staff members have adapted to this. Although Brian Cweren, the founder and head of the firm, can be moody, most days find him yelling on the phone and filing personal lawsuits due to perceived injustices. He is also said to have weekly screaming matches with attorneys, but does not take criticism of his protocols or office management well.
