Advice to law firm management: Don*t give legal advice until you accept a client.

Cons: I called to inquire about a possible case and received a consultation over the phone. On 03/06/25 This Law firm Greenberg Gross LLP contacted me back via email regarding my potential legal matter, dealing with wrongful termination. I spoke with Abigail Aguirre, the representative at the front desk who let me know too send her all of the legal documentation that I had such as email, documented phone calls and paper documentation. I kept in contact with this law firm sending them extensive proof from 03/06/25-03/25/25.
On 03/19/25, my job was giving me the ultimatum too quit and get full time unemployment and still have chance of rehire or they would investigate further and possibly terminate me and I wouldn*t be eligible for unemployment or rehire. I asked HR if I could call them back to give a decision (so that I could contact the law firm that was collecting my proof). When I gave Abigail a call (since I had 30min to call Hr back to make a decision), I let Abigail know the situation that was presented too me. Abigail placed me on hold for about 5 minutes (too speak with an attorney too get an answer for what next step I should take). When Abigail got back on the phone, she informed me that the attorney let her know too let me know that I should just have then proceed with the investigation to terminate me, Because they couldn*t pick up my case, unless I was terminated.
On 03/24/25, my job decided to proceed with the decision too wrongfully terminate me. The same day I was fired, I informed Abigail of the decision/wrongful termination and she let me know she would contact me back after she talked to the attorneys again.
On 03/27/25, I received an email from Abigail stating Greenberg Gross LLP will not represent you on this matter, with no further explanation or information on why they received all of my documentation, gave me bad legal advice and now that I am terminated they won*t accept my case. It took Abigail 3 weeks to give me a call back just to tell me that the attorneys had no explanation or information on why they didn*t accept my case after giving me legal advice that lead to my down fall.
This Lawfirm has caused another feeling of defeat for me and I absolutely would NOT recommend sending any documentation too this law firm or wasting your time.
They are indefinitely not here to help, yet add too the stress and headache of being wronged.

Partners to Avoid and Why: The office too which Abigail Aguirre works at.
