Advice to law firm management: Keep following your mantra.

Pros: Everyone treated my family like we were a family member of the firm. They really do treat clients the way they would want someone to treat their own family members. Joe Dell has remained humble even after 31 years of litigation and trial success. The man is truly down to earth in every respect.

Cons: They are a true trial firm which means sometimes cases take a little longer to resolve. They won't just settle to make a quick buck. They want to guarantee that their clients gets everything they are entitled to.
