What was the single best thing about working with them-and what's one area they could improve?:
As a woman who has endured an extremely difficult experience within the court system, I feel a responsibility to share my experience so others can make informed decisions.

Mr. Michael Yi represented a law firm in post-judgment enforcement proceedings against me arising from a highly disputed matter during a period of significant personal vulnerability. Despite extensive written correspondence and documentation reflecting active disputes and procedural complexity, the enforcement effort was pursued as though none of that context existed.

During the court appearance, statements were made that conflicted with documented communications I had previously sent and preserved. As a self-represented litigant, I appeared with organized records and a clear procedural history, yet I felt that the approach taken minimized disputed facts and disregarded context that should have mattered.

This experience raised serious concerns for me about judgment, discretion, and sensitivity in matters involving power imbalances and contested records. Women navigating the legal system deserve representation that engages carefully with the facts and the human impact of the process. As a woman who has endured significant hardship within the court system, I feel a moral obligation to make other women aware of my experience with a legal professional who was willing to pursue enforcement of a limited-value judgment despite extensive documentation calling both its merits and practicality into question.

Current or former Client?: Current Client
