Pros: 5.0 Current Employee, more than 1 yearBest Firm For Young AttorneysAssociate Attorney in Palm Springs, CA ProsAt SBEMP, I am continually challenged and always valued. Even as a second year attorney, I likely have more court experience and face-to-face client interaction than any other big law equivalent, which is all thanks to the Partners throwing me into cases that they know I can handle. I love the open-door policy at SBEMP, and the fact that everyone, including the Partners, is approachable and always willing to share their knowledge. The attorneys at SBEMP are without a doubt some of the best attorneys in California, despite our "small firm" perception. I'm learning from the very best our profession has to offer, and I can't imagine a better firm to start my career with. Unlike most attorneys these days, I enjoy my job at SBEMP so much that I hope to both start and finish my career with SBEMP. SBEMP is also incredibly generous with salary, bonuses, and benefits.ConsThe office space could use a little sprucing. I also wish we had better software for those times I have to work from home.
