I learned a lot from my supervisors. Firm was flexible with my schedule. Looking forward to having more seniority so that I can work from home on some days. It doesn't get boring. Pros: 5.0 Former Intern, less than 1 yearA Great Place to Intern - Positive Work EnvironmentFile Clerk in Houston, TX ProsI'd say the best part of working at M&R was the connections I was able to make. It was my first time in a professional work environment and they trusted us as interns to perform various different tasks, typically out of my comfort zone. They worked with my school schedule & did several things for employee appreciation & engagement in my short time there.ConsThe drive itself made it difficult to be there as often as I would've liked.Advice to ManagementI think that the file clerks could actually take on more than was given to us. I understand the fast-paced environment of a law firm, but it would still be beneficial for the interns to learn alongside the partners/paralegals more often.
