In busy times, they seek out, hire, and shamelessly promote the new hires on LinkedIn knowing that they will then let them go when things slow down. I wish I had listened to the many people who told me not to go here. They just do not care about their employees. Additionally, this did not happen to me but I saw first hand how they fire entry level paralegals for making mistakes when the mistakes are happening because they were just thrown in and not trained properly. 1.0 Former Employee, less than 1 yearnot goodFeb 18, 2021 - Office Assistant ProsI cannot think of anything goodConspoor salary and big turnoverBe the first to find this review helpful1.0 Current Employee, more than 1 yearTurnover is crazy at this firmSep 18, 2019 - Anonymous Employee in New York, NY ProsYou will get to work on a lot of things.ConsLong hours, no one takes responsibility for mistakes.
