I came to CDA with approximately four years of experience under my belt and here I had the opportunity to litigate a variety of cases including personal injury, premises liability, employment law, real estate, breach of contract, professional liability, etc. While I had the autonomy to work up my cases, I was never alone when it came to making important strategic decisions. My opinion on the case was valued and I was supported throughout the entire litigation process. CDA is a truly collaborative environment. Whether I was working in the office or remotely, senior associates and the wonderful staff were always available to provide me with feedback and assist in anyway they could to help with my cases (and were happy to). Everyone at CDA wants to see you succeed and will do what is necessary to equip you with the tools to become the best litigator you can be. The work here is challenging but it is manageable and enjoyable especially when your colleagues and superiors are engaged and invested in the outcome of your work.
