Cons: I worked at Van Ness Feldman LLP for over three years as an Associate Attorney and I can say that it was not a people-friendly place to work. The partners were unwilling to offer training or mentor associates and showed little interest in advancing our careers. However, the hours were not unreasonable for a major DC firm.
