Additionally, the firm allows for some remote work and flexible hours which is beneficial to many employees.
However, the firm has also received some negative reviews for its pay and benefits. Some employees have reported that they do not offer much in terms of career growth and the salary is laughably low. Additionally, the benefits package is said to include only 10 days of vacation and high premiums. Moreover, some employees have reported that the management and work environment are not conducive to forming meaningful relationships.

Advice to law firm management: Do not fire Mr. Baxley or Ms. Ross.
Pros: No pros whatsoever.
Cons: I am not here to write any negative review(s) or file(s) complaint(s), BUT, no good reason(s) to work here or hire for ANY service(s). Mr. Johnnie Baxley is extremely immature and selfish, sad to see for a man so young. Yes, Lawyers, are targets for any and all criticism, but, this guy will never be able to provide thoughtful response(s) or wish success to any of his clients and/or employees. I was unimpressed by his attitude and legal "profession". Word-of-mouth is not so great for this "attorney". Needless to say, no positive review for Johnnie Baxley. This firms needs to get rid of him before they tarnish themselves for being dishonest and incompetent. If anyone is looking for a knowledgeable attorney at a great price then go for anyone BUT Baxley or Lynnely Ross. Both of them do not act in the best interest and cannot promise or uphold to the law. I already have a board of lawyers and non-lawyers reviewing any and all complaints for improper behavior on both of these attorneys. Please remember, if you have any concerns about the ethical conduct of a lawyer, file a complaint!!! Wilson Jones Carter and Baxley, PA, need(s) to exist without the Baxley part. Unprofessional, disrespectful and not companionate for clients and/or employees.
