Cons: The management, particularly from the CEO, leaves much to be desired. While she has a solid grasp of the business side, there is a noticeable lack of compassion for her employees. Although the company claims to offer flexibility, in practice, you are expected to be present almost all of the time, regardless of personal circumstances, which can be quite challenging. The positive aspect is that your co-workers and the directive manager are supportive and foster a strong sense of teamwork, making collaboration easy. However, the overall stress level is high due to the CEO's tendency to project her frustrations onto the staff and her need to assign blame when things don't go as planned, whether in the office or in her personal life. The organization and accountability could significantly improve if the CEO allowed the current employees and directive manager to fully perform the roles they were hired for, which would help the office operate more efficiently.

Cons: Please do not use this law firm Specifically Debra Coleman-Fron, I'm not sure how she even became a lawyer. My husband used her for a case and during the zoom call she was not prepared and couldn't speak on anything. This was embarrassing and a waste of time for everyone involved. Wasted $17,000 for absolutely nothing.
