Advice to law firm management: The management team has worked hard to implement a firm culture that is unlike any other law firm I've worked at. Appreciate the collegiate and collaborative work environment.
Pros: Interesting clients, fast pace work environment, fantastic management
Cons: Clients are zipping through funding rounds so things can change quickly. You have to be organized and work ahead.
