The learning curve is a bit high, but the available support and knowledge on hand has helped give me the tools needed to work through problems individually. The quality of work is great, the work overall is fulfilling and the benefits are amazing.ConsThe work assigned to legal assistants can be very technical and detail oriented at times, so self-directed learning can sometimes be difficult.Advice to ManagementMake sure that the support channels continue to stay open for employees during their initial and continuing learning processes. Office supports channels have been very useful and the team is always helpful.
