Within a few days' notice, everyone was set up to work from home. Nobody was laid off and the Managing Partner was in constant communication with the employee each week. They really showed how much they cared about their staff when it was needed most.ConsThere really aren't any. This is a demanding industry, so the job is demanding, and there is a lot of volume. They give bonuses to staff every year, and did so even during COVID. This is a firm that cares about its staff.Advice to ManagementKeep doing what you're doing. The employees appreciate knowing that you care for their well-being.

Strong background and good if one wishes to get into Torts based litigation out of law schoolConsNo great benefits. A firm with this kind of money should be able to give its employees things like gym stipends and a stocked kitcken. Similarly situated firms do this. Also the location is just odd.
