How would you rate the overall culture of your law firm?
Good collaboration but very toxic. Unreasonable standards and verbally abusive.

How manageable were the hours and expectations at your firm?
Unreasonable. Marketed as low hours, but the reality it's low leveraged firm with terrible IT infrastructure and support staff.

What opportunities for advancement or partnership were available?
Terrible. Small clients and junk work. None of the patents are litigated and it's just a patent prosecution mill.

Would you recommend this firm to other attorneys?
Never.
