Pros: Staff and attorneys were generally cordial.
Cons: Generally slow in clientele intake, severely outdate technology, partners not having unified objectives regarding firm management, lack of teamwork culture, lack of mentorship, tendency for management to blame downwards, severe underutilization, complacent management, a lot of sacrifice for little gain and acknowledgment.
