Advice to law firm management: Keep on doing what you are doing!
Pros: Bill McFarlane is the extremely hard working, creative and customer-focused leader of this firm. Bill surrounds himself with excellent lawyers, investigators and support staff.
Bill expects excellence, and in return, reciprocates with excellence.
The total compensation package is very competitive, and is one of the reasons I am now an employee here.
Cons: None that I can think of.
