Roig Lawyers is a law firm that is well-regarded in the industry and has a great working environment. Their staff and attorneys receive generous compensation and appreciation for their hard work. The firm has a family-friendly atmosphere and truly cares for their associates. It is a modern firm that promotes from within and does not have the traditional burning-the-candle-at-both-ends culture. Remote positions are available and there is plenty of exposure to different cases to build experience.
The reviews of the firm are overwhelmingly positive, with reviewers citing that they wish they had found the firm sooner, and that they have no complaints. There is a lack of real training opportunities, however, and there is a toxic management relationship and poor HR management. Overall, reviewers feel that this is an excellent place to work for young attorneys, as they can learn and grow in their career while still maintaining a balanced lifestyle.

Cons: Performed a (second) mass firing of 30 to 40 employees with no severance in the beginnings of Covid citing they lost a major client. Then proceeded to take out a 2 million dollar PPP loan citing Covid. This company throws employees out who have proven to be dependable and hard working. No severance was offered and my coworkers were left with no income and no health insurance during a pandemic. No pay cuts were offered to stay employed. This is an insensitive uncaring firm that does not deserve all the praise it continues to receive.
