Pros: 5.0 Current EmployeeAssociate Attorney JobAug 2, 2022 - Associate ProsGood pay and benefits, cooperative office atmosphere, extremely knowledgeable partners (and staff) who are willing to teach and take the time to do so, office breakfast on Friday, casual atmosphere unless appearing in court, excellent and streamlined office technology, the list goes on and onConsThis is really not a con but you will need to work hard as the firm is super busy. This job is not for the lazy or tired or someone who doesn't care to contribute outside a 40-hour workweek.Advice to ManagementKeep up the great work
