When we transitioned to be remote it was a little hard but the job made it effortless. I couldn't ask to work with better people. Everyone is very understanding.ConsThe firm is very small so that may be a pro and a con. It depends if you want to work with a lot of people or if you enjoy a close group of people. Overall I enjoy working with a small group so this isn't really a con for me but to some people it might be.
