Pros

I love working at Oblon and I could not imagine working anywhere else. Firm management has its employees best interests in mind when making decisions about the firm that will affect staff. I have always felt valued as an employee. Management rewards and promotes good work ethic. Excellent benefits and time off, and fellow staff members and attorneys are friendly and easy to work with. There is a great atmosphere of teamwork and family.

There are a lot of opportunities for support staff and entry-level employees to advance. Since the change in management and the restructuring of some departments within the firm, the overall atmosphere and firm morale has vastly improved.

Firm-sponsored social events are plentiful and fun to attend. There are numerous functions for staff throughout the year and a yearly staff appreciation week with activities happening every day for the staff.
