What was the single best thing about working with them-and what's one area they could improve?:
I hired this law firm for my asylum case and paid approximately $8,000, believing that I would receive legal support throughout the entire process. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing.

I was led to believe that Attorney Claudia Galan would personally handle my case, but I was rarely able to speak with her. Most of the communication was handled by paralegals, and it was often difficult to get clear answers or updates about my case.

There was also a serious mistake with our work permit applications. The application was submitted without my apartment number, which caused our work permits to be returned to USCIS. We waited for several months before discovering the problem ourselves after contacting USCIS directly.

I expected better communication, greater attorney involvement, and more attention to detail, especially considering the fees charged. My family and I felt unsupported and frustrated throughout much of the process.

Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend this law firm.
