What was the single best thing about working with them-and what's one area they could improve?:
Lawyer seemed confused often representing opposing party, never put up a fight for my rights resulting in the loss of everything I owned, was forced to stay in hotel for 3months because I was forced out of my home- then opposing party filed an eviction on my record and now I can't even find a place lawyer refused to help me erase this from my record, I wasn't given proper paperwork for my vehicle resulting in me not being able to register vehicle - that was helpful, my compensation for care of my stepfather-,which I had to suggest because he never even thought of that it was worth $400,000 which I received a vehicle that is worth $12,000 that I can not even register. I was told to give up everything my family and I worked for our whole lives because it would just be a hassle,, which led to my estranged siblings (who live in Ohio and had only seen their father once in 20yrs and I lived and cared for him for 42yrs) receiving every single thing we had even my refrigerator and washer and dryer. Never during any of this did my attorney fight for me or my rights , I was told I would be in contempt of court and possibly be arrested butt said attorney had no problem collecting a $3,000 retainer fee as well as $400 per hour. This was a huge disappointment as well as destroying my life and any trust in this firm, and I was supposed to trust this man to have my best interest in mind , which lead to a 3 month stay in a hotel with all the family pets resulting in $5,000 in hotel bills and an eviction on my record which resulted in me not even being able to rent anything in this town....so thanks for completely screwing me out of everything my family and I had. I would never recommend this firm to anyone. This was the worst outcome I ever expected. Now my whole life has been destroyed because MY attorney didn't have the balls to represent me properly and in the end I got an oh well from him, not his problem he had other things to take care and left courthouse we me in tears.
