Pros: 5.0 Current Employee, more than 3 yearsRewarding & Challenging FirmSenior Paralegal in Denver, CO ProsWe have a great "core" team! There are opportunities to learn from Senior staff who have expansive knowledge in the legal field; collaboration with co-workers; employees are not micromanaged; we work as a team to help each other reach our goals and to succeed. Ability to work remotely with very competitive salaries. The partners are cognizant of the necessity for a work-life balance and encourage the use of generous PTO. I have worked at several firms in this market and the team here outshines them all.ConsThe flexible management style requires a strong work ethic and those who do not possess this will probably consider it a con.Advice to ManagementHalf Day Friday's!

Interesting, high level cases. Lots of opportunities to become a better advocate for clients. Non-hierarchical environment, management really cares. Couldn't ask for a better workplace.ConsCases can be tiring sometimes due to the emotions involved but this isn't a reflection on the firm, just the nature of family law.
