Andrew is admitted to the Maryland Bar, the District of Columbia Bar, the Worker's Compensation Commissions of Maryland and D.C., the United States District Court for the District of Maryland, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit, the United States District Court for the District of Columbia, and the United States District Court of Appeals for the D.C Circuit. He grew up in Baltimore county, but currently resides in Anne Arundel County with his wife and daughter.
