Alternative dispute resolution provides a less costly alternative both monetarily and emotionally. But if a negotiated settlement cannot be achieved, we are well equipped to litigate. Our preference for alternative dispute resolution does not detract from our extensive and extremely successful litigation experience. We have argued divorce, custody and division of property and prenuptial agreements throughout the courts in Maryland.
