How would you rate the overall culture of your law firm?
Working here has been a pretty good experience overall. The workload can be alot at times but you learn fast and stay busy. The staff is supportive and most people are easy to talk to which helps alot. Not everything runs perfect but its def a solid place to work if you wanna grow.

How manageable were the hours and expectations at your firm?
The hours were pretty manageable most of the time. There were def days where things got a little crazy, especially when deadlines were coming up, but nothing too out of control. Expectations were clear for the most part, you just had to stay on top of your work and communicate. If you fell behind it could get stressful, but if you stayed organized it was fine. Overall not bad compared to other firms I've seen.

What opportunities for advancement or partnership were available?
There were some opportunities to move up, especially if you showed you were reliable and knew what you were doing. It's not like instant promotions or anything, you kinda have to prove yourself over time. I've seen people go from assistant roles into higher positions which was nice to see. Partnership wise it's not something thats talked about alot day to day, but you can tell there's room to grow if you stick with it and put the work in.
