. I think the firm could benefit from more transparency and a better system for giving feedback and reviews to employees. Additionally, they need to address the issue of underpaying their Human Resources personnel and the heavy turnover rate, as these two issues could be the cause of the lack of qualified candidates being hired. The firm should also consider raising salaries across the board, as this could help to retain the talented employees they already have in place.
