BCG Attorney Search speaks with attorneys about law firms every day. Here is what attorneys are saying:

lawyers don't seem to understand or care about.

Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck is a great place to work, with many positive reviews from attorneys and staff. The leadership team is supportive and encourages its employees to develop their personal skills. The company emphasizes giving back to the community and offers several perks, including monthly happy hours, cake days, and breakfasts. Some of the attorneys are great to work with, depending on which department you work in. The pay is enough to live, and there is a good work-life balance for staff.

However, some people have complained about the way attorneys treat them, and there have been some changes in the firm since the current COO arrived. The work hours have been increased and other benefits taken away, despite the firm having its best financial years ever. Staff have also been told not to count on future bonuses. Additionally, the firm made a big expense to move to a new location, which some of the lawyers seem to not understand or care about.

Overall, Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck is a great place to work with great people, though some of the changes and attitudes may be cause for concern.
