Our history dates back to 1974 when Donald Nichols opened his private practice in Minneapolis. His representation set the example for others in the firm to follow: taking all possible measures to professionally represent his clients; taking risks against large and better-financed opponents; and not allowing the financial limitations of his clients to impede his zealous advocacy. This has been our way of practice, as the firm?s individual employment practice has evolved to include high stakes nationwide class actions on behalf of employees and consumers in employment, wage and hour, and 401(k) matters.
