Pros: some nice staff.
Cons: People were hired and then dismissed without any reason or notice?
Many leave
no meaningful support or guidance to junior staff
clear nepotism and favouritism in teams
questions are met with impatience and condescension
toxic workplace culture was normalised
supervisors are clearly NOT trained to train others
work hour boundaries not respected

Advice to law firm management: HR needs to be more considerate.
Pros: Collaborative people and nice office
Cons: Really stingy with overtime despite being understaffed and everyone is very busy.
I*ve seen multiple people get hired and subsequently let go with zero notice beforehand and no complaints about their work. They were all told to not come back.
