ittle feedback was given from upper management and it was difficult to get feedback on your work.Littleton Joyce Ughetta Park & Kelly is a small law firm with a friendly atmosphere and great team to work for. It offers flexible hours, a good starting salary, and excellent health/profit sharing plans. However, the management is almost non-existent and there is not much room for growth for admin employees. Furthermore, the work/life balance is not a priority for the employer and feedback from upper management is difficult to get. Despite this, attorneys are very helpful and supportive. All in all, while Littleton Joyce Ughetta Park & Kelly can be a good place to work, it may not be the best option for those looking to move up in their career.
