They pay well, and bonuses for holidays have been common. I would highly recommend Larkin Hoffman to anyone.The benefits are also generous. There are 9 holidays, 1.5 floating holidays, 6 days of sick and 2 weeks of vacation (starting).Some positions do offer a hybrid work model.ConsIn my experience, some managers should be trained on communication, otherwise not be in positions to supervise.This is only very, very few managers/supervisors. Overal you won't have an issue.Advice to ManagementKeep doing what works. People love working here, but make sure to keep eyes on managers/supervisors to be sure they are not causing you to lose employees.
