Pros: 5.0 Former Employee, more than 3 yearsGreat place to learn and to be challengedParalegal ProsThis is a workplace with a very understanding boss and amazing attorneys who are wonderful to work with and really know their field. The company has a nice and spacious office located in downtown Manhattan close to Wall St., with many food options nearby. The work can be challenging for new hires and there are deadlines, as with most jobs, but the time definitely goes by that much faster when there is so much to do! Don't be afraid to ask for help when you need it, your colleagues will be happy to teach you. The company provides many opportunities for you to learn and there are company events and parties/dinners annually. All in all, would recommend!ConsIf you feel there are cons, there's probably something you're not doing right. Change your mindset.
