JACK J. HERZIG | ATTORNEY AT LAW

Jack Herzig is a distinguished practitioner of Immigration Law and has lectured on immigration topics at seminars and conferences sponsored by the American Immigration Law Association (AILA), as well as the Pennsylvania Bar Association (PBI).

Mr. Herzig earned his Law Degree from Brasenose College, Oxford University and his Juris Doctor degree from Villanova University School of Law. Prior to embarking on a career on Immigration Law, Jack Herzig clerked for judges at both the state and federal levels, including a clerkship with the Honorable Robert S. Gawthrop, III of the Federal District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.

Since 1998, Jack Herzig has been providing quality services to people seeking to immigrate to the United States or to legalize fianc©s, husbands, wives, and other family members. He has represented thousands of clients at regional asylum offices, in removal proceedings before Immigration Courts, before the Board of Immigration Appeals, as well as before various Circuit Courts of Appeal.
