Reviews from attorneys and other employees are generally positive, highlighting the great culture and co-workers, generous incentives and perks, intelligent and reasonable attorneys, and the smaller environment providing big law work. However, there are some negative reviews, noting that communication with employees from management could be better and more transparent, some attorneys and secretaries were very rude, unprofessional, and aggressive, and there is low pay and slow career advancement. Additionally, there is limited work diversity and some politics that employees have to learn to live with. Many employees say that the work is a bit of a grind, but GK generally makes it more tolerable. Overall, GK is a great place to work as long as you are prepared for the potential drawbacks.
