Allen Matkins is a law firm that has been in existence for over 50 years. Despite its long history, the firm has a modern approach to its practice, with lawyers from a broad range of backgrounds and experience levels. The firm has a collegial atmosphere, where attorneys are encouraged to collaborate and share ideas. The workload is generally tolerable and the firm provides snacks and meals on a regular basis. Additionally, the firm is competitive in terms of salary and benefits, and is happy to see its employees grow.

Unfortunately, while the firm is generally positive, there are some areas of improvement. The legal industry can be high-stress, and Allen Matkins is slow to adopt new technologies. Additionally, the management team can be overly micromanaging and disrespectful of employees, and the firm has a slight boys club mentality. The pay could also be a bit better, as the firm relies on out of the box solutions and does not understand the advantages of bespoke software.
